Mobile Mechanic Manager was built from extensive, hands-on experience with multiple shop management softwares. We took the best tools from all of them, left the rest behind, and built the best individual mobile platform for the mobile mechanic.
Mechanic and customer privacy are our biggest priorities: every record you create stays on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded, tracked, or sold.

Common questions
Does it work without an internet connection?
Almost everything runs on your device, online or off. You'll need a connection for VIN decoding, sending invoices, and taking payments.
Where does my data live? Is it private?
On your device and nowhere else. Nothing is uploaded, tracked, or sold. Back everything up anytime from Settings → Local data.
Is it one subscription per shop?
Each mechanic gets their own private app — own rates, tax, branding, and customers. Nothing is shared between mechanics.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes — add it to your home screen and it opens like a native app, with its own icon.
How do my customers pay me?
Add payment links in Settings. Every invoice shows them, with a QR code on the first link for easy scanning.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from inside the app. No phone calls, no hoops.

Mobile Mechanic Manager is sold as a subscription license (monthly or yearly) for one technician. You can subscribe with an account (email + password, or Google sign-in) through our secure Stripe checkout, or pay manually with PayPal/Venmo and activate with a license key. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Cancel anytime from inside the app (Account → Manage subscription) — your app keeps working until the end of your paid period. Refunds: if the app doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Privacy
Your business data — customers, vehicles, jobs, estimates, invoices — is stored only in your device's browser storage and never leaves your phone. If you create an account, we store your email (and a scrambled password, never the password itself) so you can log in, plus your subscription status. Google sign-in shares only your name and email with us. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy; manual PayPal/Venmo payments under theirs. License-key activation sends only the key itself for a one-time check. No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
